Cancellation & Refund Policy for guests

If a booking is cancelled more than 14 days before arrival, an 80% refund will be issued.
If a booking is cancelled in less than 14 days but more than 7 days before arrival, a 50% refund will be issued.
If a booking is cancelled in less than 7 days before arrival, no refund will be issued.

If you experience unforeseen travel delays, please contact us directly. We will work with you to ensure we can move your booking to a more suitable time.

We are a small establishment with secluded and intimate lodgings and only four rooms. Our cancellation policy is strict, as we are in a remote location, and filling the room last minute will be an impossibility. With only four Rooms on the market, a cancelled reservation may represent 25% or more of our total room inventory—a financially impossible percentage for any lodging property to absorb.

As our work with Retreat Facilitators is seen as a collaboration, we offer flexibility around dates and numbers where possible. Above all else, it is important to us to give as many people as possible the opportunity to stay on the whenua (land) in a retreat setting.
